Description

You will own infrastructure engineering tasks supporting critical systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems to identify improvements.
• Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade operating systems, hardware, and software interfaces.
• Apply network fundamentals and security best practices to infrastructure communication.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex infrastructure problems to ensure system stability.
• Manage and maintain PKI infrastructure and OpenSSL implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure support.
• Expertise with Linux systems administration.
• Extensive experience with Windows servers and IIS web applications.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and OpenShift.
• Strong scripting ability using Perl and PowerShell.
• Proficiency with PKI and OpenSSL.
• Understanding of low-level system functions and high-level infrastructure communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other container orchestration platforms beyond OpenShift.
• Knowledge of additional scripting languages or automation tools.
