Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft SCCM and Intune for endpoint management across corporate devices.
• Manage Windows device provisioning, configuration, and policy deployment for enterprise users.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop environments and related endpoint access workflows.
• Coordinate endpoint lifecycle activities including imaging, enrollment, patching, and compliance management.
• Troubleshoot device management issues and maintain stable workplace infrastructure operations.

Skills Required:

• 6 to 10 years of relevant infrastructure or endpoint management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows endpoint administration and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Experience managing large-scale device rollout, policy enforcement, and user device support.
• Working knowledge of endpoint deployment, device enrollment, and enterprise mobility operations.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Windows deployment and enterprise digital workplace environments.
