Description

You will manage data feeds and ensure compliance within our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data feeds using XML and various ingestion protocols.
• Manage data transmission via APIs, SMTP, and SFTP.
• Maintain regulatory and compliance standards for data processes.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel.
• Handle incident management workflows within ServiceNow or similar systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or database-centric roles.
• Strong background in database management.
• Proficiency with XML.
• Experience with transmission protocols including SMTP, SFTP, and APIs.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
