Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and Linux servers, including provisioning, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage Active Directory objects and policies, including users, groups, OUs, and GPOs; support identity and directory integrations.
• Support DNS and DHCP services, including domain trust/authentication support and access management for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot enterprise network issues across TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VPN connectivity; coordinate with network teams during incidents and deployments.
• Follow ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/Request processes, perform root cause analysis, and maintain operational documentation (SOPs/runbooks).

Skills Required:

• Active Directory administration, including GPOs, user/group/OU management, and identity lifecycle support.
• DNS and DHCP expertise for enterprise name resolution and address allocation.
• Windows and Linux server administration with strong troubleshooting and operational monitoring experience.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPN) and basic automation using PowerShell.

Good to Have:

• Scripting experience beyond PowerShell (e.g., Bash/Python) and familiarity with AWS and VMware environments.

Education: Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in related field
