Description

You will own the monitoring, capacity analysis, and remediation of data and systems running at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end monitoring of applications and resolve nuanced issues while determining appropriate escalation paths.
• Partner with application and infrastructure teams to identify capacity risks and govern remediation statuses.
• Execute conventional approaches to decompose technical problems and drive daily activities for standard capacity process applications.
• Consider upstream and downstream data and systems implications for comprehensive solution design.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate monitoring, capacity analysis, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years applied experience in infrastructure engineering concepts with hands-on DevOps focus.
• Strong proficiency with Jenkins, Kubernetes, and SDLC pipelines.
• Experience with Linux, Git, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Helm, and Grafana.
• Proven experience in deployment architecture and cloud best practices.
• Ability to make significant decisions for projects consisting of multiple technologies.
• Proficiency in infrastructure security and managing EOL components.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, or DataDog.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience in financial services or related industry.
