Description

You will manage and integrate enterprise communication platforms, focusing on Zoom and Slack infrastructure security and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zoom integration projects from planning through execution and monitoring.
• Design and implement Slack and Slack Connect architectures with a focus on enterprise security and DLP requirements.
• Automate Zoom deployment and configuration using scripting and system tools.
• Integrate user management and access controls with directory services and entitlement management.
• Lead agile ceremonies, conduct demos, and assist in onboarding new engineers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Technology or a related field.
• Expertise in Zoom infrastructure, including APIs, SDKs, and Zoom Rooms hardware.
• Proficiency in Slack administration, including channel management and encryption standards.
• Strong background in System Integration and Unified Communication technology.
• Experience applying security-first and compliance-first principles to cloud services.
• Ability to use automation, observability, and open-source solutions in daily workflows.
• Proven capability in designing solutions that bridge business features to technical capabilities.
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues across enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Zoom with Microsoft Teams.
• Background in coaching core technology communities and conducting technical training.
