Description

You will manage and maintain core IT infrastructure, endpoint systems, and identity controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and manage endpoint devices using Intune and JAMF.
• Configure and oversee patch management processes across all endpoints.
• Manage identity and access controls using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows 11 and macOS environments.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or endpoint support.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Expert knowledge of Endpoint Management Tools, including Intune and JAMF.
• Expert level knowledge of identity and access management (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Proficiency in PowerShell Scripting.
• Extensive experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of network systems and protocols.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
