Manage production environments and support data processes within the alternative investments domain.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments to identify and resolve system issues.
• Provide production support for ESP marts and alternative investment workflows.
• Execute ETL testing processes and manage data migration tasks.
• Write custom Unix/Linux scripts to automate operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle DB and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ESP and Autosys scheduling tools.
• Advanced SQL skills for data validation and ETL testing.
• Experience writing and maintaining Unix/Linux scripts.
• Practical knowledge of ServiceNow for incident management.
• Experience with data migration and migration workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
