Description

Manage and maintain the physical and digital infrastructure for the Mountain View center. You will ensure system reliability, optimize performance, and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Install, troubleshoot, and provide first-line support for AV devices and VC systems.
• Optimize and tune overall center infrastructure for peak performance.
• Engage with OEMs to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Demonstrate installed experiences and manage front-end AV/VC setups for customers.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience in infrastructure management.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure Optimization and Tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems.
• Solid networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing AV and VC systems.
• Customer Relationship Management skills.
