Description

You will act as the technical authority for Intrusion Prevention solutions and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring environmental stability and security compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain environmental topology documentation and define security services.
• Handle security incidents, IS audits, and vulnerability management tasks.
• Resolve client issues, technical escalations, and ticketed requests within SLA measurements.
• Manage change control processes and lead virus and malware remediation efforts.
• Participate in technical discussions with clients regarding infrastructure changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or security roles.
• Experience with McAfee Network Security Platform (NSP) and Endpoint Security.
• 3+ years of experience with ClearPass v6.x and Network Access Control (NAC).
• Proficiency with Palo Alto Networks Threat Prevention and Network IPS.
• Hands-on experience with Site-to-Site VPN and F5 Load Balancers.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change control procedures.

Preferred Skills

• McAfee Product Specialist (NSP) or Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) certifications.
• Knowledge of AAA services including ACS, Radius, and RSA.
