Support and maintain enterprise-grade Linux-based developer desktops and workstations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Manage the lifecycle of Linux desktops, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Ansible to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Help Desk, network, security, and infrastructure to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, including vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and access controls.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 2 years of professional experience supporting DevOps or software engineering environments.
Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and enterprise-grade tooling support.
Proficiency in automation using Ansible, with strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
Experience working within large IT environments with formal change control and IT governance processes
