Description

You will support and maintain enterprise-grade Linux-based developer desktops, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of Linux workstations, from provisioning and configuration to patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Linux desktops, including provisioning, configuration, deployment, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Automate administrative tasks using Bash, Python, and Ansible to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with Help Desk, network, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, including vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting DevOps or software engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and enterprise-grade tooling support.
• Proficiency in automation using Ansible.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, and Bash.
• Experience working within large IT environments with formal change control and IT governance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-grade endpoint protection tools.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks.
