You will manage server environments and monitor tool onboarding through data collection and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal customers to gather critical data for tool onboarding monitoring.
• Write templates and scripts to automate routine tasks.
• Monitor server logs and report progress on system health.
• Manage change control processes within ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure or systems roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience managing Red Hat Linux environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure monitoring.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow for change control.
• Experience using Jira for task tracking.
• Foundational server administration and log monitoring skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated log reporting and monitoring workflows.
