You will build and troubleshoot software solutions, designing and developing systems that move beyond conventional approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mainframe applications for high performance and reliability.
• Integrate distributed technologies and AI tools into mainframe systems with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for mainframe technology and data management.
• Optimize systems, maintain data integrity, and manage security initiatives.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to guarantee service continuity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in Cobol, CICS, DB2, VSAM, ChangeMan, and NDM.
• Experience with MQ messaging, Stored procedures, and DB2 Utilities.
• Familiarity with JCL and file transfer mechanisms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Experience with system optimization and data integrity practices.
