Description

You will manage and secure the infrastructure supporting the Receivables Edge platform applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver large and small-scale infrastructure projects while resolving infrastructure risk issues.
• Serve as the technical resource for infrastructure components, collaborating with application developers, architects, and QA teams.
• Provide Level 1 infrastructure support and partner with technical teams to troubleshoot platform issues.
• Execute server hygiene, security patching, certificate and key management, and access remediation.
• Maintain documentation and training for new infrastructure hardware and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or production support.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based platforms.
• Proficiency with Windows-based platforms.
• Experience performing security patching and cyber-related hygiene activities.
• Ability to use Performance Monitor (perfmon), Process Monitor (procmon), Wireshark, and ReNet.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills for complex platform troubleshooting.
• Understanding of infrastructure project delivery best practices.
• Ability to align business processes with application functionality to drive infrastructure modifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting application production environments.
