Description

You will design and manage on-premise data center systems and enterprise vSphere distributed infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design on-premise infrastructure and data center systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems involving multiple servers, COTS products, VMs, VDIs, and network issues.
  • Manage vSphere distributed infrastructure for enterprise environments.
  • Implement network and storage designs.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of related work experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • Extensive experience with VMware vSphere.
  • Proficiency in Linux and RHEL environments.
  • Hands-on scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Ruby, or bash.
  • Experience with SAN/NAS design and implementation.
  • U.S. citizenship and a current DOD Secret security clearance.
  • BS/BA in a STEM field such as IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps and Agile/SAFe development lifecycles.
  • Security+ certification.
  • Enterprise application development and deployment experience.
