Description

You will administer, monitor, and support enterprise environments based on VMware vSphere and Windows Server.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise infrastructure using VMware vSphere and Windows Server.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring or complex infrastructure issues.
• Support patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities across VMware and Windows platforms.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and operational reports to ensure high availability and compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong expertise in VMware administration and operational support.
• Proficient in Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of high availability, performance, security, and compliance fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience with operational readiness for patching, upgrades, maintenance, and on-call support.

Preferred Skills

• Nutanix HCI support experience.
