Description

You will design, implement, and support network and telecom infrastructure across field and remote offices.

Responsibilities

• Design physical and logical network and telecom infrastructure for field offices, including LAN/WAN and AV/IT systems.
• Lead technical planning and project management for office openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki SD-WAN platforms, routers, switches, and WAPs.
• Automate routine network tasks using Meraki APIs and programming languages.
• Coordinate with IT security, systems engineers, and MSP staff to implement network upgrades.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in corporate IT operations covering network design and support.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and configuring Cisco Meraki SD-WAN platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Information Systems discipline.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS, VXLAN, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with cloud connectivity to AWS, Azure, or OCI environments.
• Proficiency in network programmability using Python or other languages with Meraki APIs.
• Experience supporting Polycom video conferencing and Microsoft Teams rooms.
• Technical knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and H.323 protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Network Security, access control systems, CCTV, and PABX.
• Knowledge of APC UPS technologies, Windows OS, and client printers.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
