Description

You will own operational support for Infrastructure Core Services, managing the lifecycle of client digital initiatives across hyperconverged platforms, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and storage services.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for ICS, covering Windows and Linux servers, SAN/NAS storage, and server virtualization (VMWare).
• Recommend efficiency improvements using IaaS, Lights Out Data Center solutions, Automation, and Cloud/Hybrid cloud.
• Manage critical infrastructure operations, tracking component-level monitoring, real-time performance metrics, and trending.
• Coordinate maintenance activities including outages, hardware, and software updates.
• Collaborate with the client IT Service Management team following ITIL/ITSM service delivery models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology focused on Critical Infrastructure deployments.
• Strong knowledge designing resilient solutions using virtualization and Microsoft clustering technologies.
• Experience with enterprise storage and SAN solutions and Microsoft Server technologies.
• Proficiency with software defined networking (SDNs).
• Familiarity with monitoring platforms like Splunk for managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of IaaS solutions and associated cloud offerings.
• Experience operating within ITIL/ITSM service delivery processes.
• Working knowledge of source control tools: Azure DevOps, Git, or SVN.
