You will lead technical teams and oversee IT infrastructure management, monitoring, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams and manage talent development for high performance.
• Oversee infrastructure monitoring and management using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Troubleshoot Citrix environments and resolve database management issues.
• Implement on-prem and cloud solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Manage vendor relationships across onshore and offshore models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or system administration.
• Deep expertise in managing and troubleshooting Citrix environments.
• Proficiency in Splunk for log analysis, event monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and observability.
• Knowledge of system administration across UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
• Familiarity with VMware for virtualization and infrastructure management.
• Experience developing automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
