Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain PEGA and UiPath RPA platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Set up, upgrade, and manage automation platform environments including staging, testing, and production.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Provide support for UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Work with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks.
• Review technical and infrastructure design documents from vendors and project teams.
• Support automation solution deployments and infrastructure readiness activities.
• Follow best practices for platform management, security, and operational support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile development environments.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of automation, RPA, and BPM platforms.
• Experience with PEGA, UiPath, and RPA platform support.
• Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud ecosystem environments.
• Understanding of deployment processes across staging, test, and production environments.
• Exposure to application server infrastructure and credential management.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
