Description

You will support and maintain PEGA and UiPath RPA platforms across cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring system stability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up, upgrade, and manage automation platform environments for staging, testing, and production.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Provide support for UAT, production deployments, and post-production activities.
• Review technical and infrastructure design documents and collaborate with development teams to resolve bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of automation, RPA, and BPM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with PEGA and UiPath platform support.
• Proficiency in Python, C#, C++, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud ecosystem environments.
• Understanding of deployment processes across staging, test, and production environments.
• Exposure to application server infrastructure and credential management.
• Ability to work in agile and collaborative environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
