Description

You will manage voice infrastructure and site-specific hardware deployments for the Future of Work voice workstream.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and validate employee data to inform phone build decisions and seat assignments.
• Run exports from Cisco and Avaya call management platforms to extract existing device information.
• Create detailed site cut sheets for engineering teams to execute deployments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and communicate project status.
• Own the success of assigned sites by ensuring hardware and phone number accuracy.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with voice infrastructure and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Cisco, Finesse, and Genesys agent platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including writing and troubleshooting formulas.
• Foundational knowledge of networking infrastructure and servers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent graduate education.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Skills

• 7 years of experience in information technology.
• Background in voice, video, and collaboration technologies.
