Description

You will manage and stabilize cloud infrastructure and endpoint technologies to support internal users and seasonal scaling.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalation resolution and incident management for cloud infrastructure and software applications.
• Support seasonal onboarding and provide ongoing technical support for employees and contract workers.
• Optimize and refine the technology stack, focusing on foundation, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical expertise for endpoint device management and end-user support.
• Solve problems related to foundation stabilization and scaling optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience managing AWS Workspaces.
• Proficiency in application virtualization technologies.
• Experience with secure browser deployment, specifically Island.io.
• Technical background in endpoint management and device support.
• Any Graduate degree.
