Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT infrastructure projects, from initiation through production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to high complexity IT infrastructure projects across the full lifecycle.
• Redesign and document IT service, infrastructure, and support processes.
• Implement project changes into 24x7 production environments.
• Assess, monitor, and plan mitigation strategies for project risks.
• Support the implementation of Project and Portfolio Management processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management, focusing on infrastructure initiatives.
• Functional understanding of datacenter components: servers, storage, and networking.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools like MS Project and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and change management techniques.
• Ability to estimate project effort from functional and technical requirements.
• Expertise in infrastructure technologies: network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls), SAN storage, and cloud migrations.
• Skilled in risk management integration for security, backup/recovery, and redundancy.
• Strong technical vocabulary to communicate effectively with engineering and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project scheduling and analyzing trade-offs between scope, time, and budget.
