Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, monitoring systems, and event management processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure components including hardware, networks, and operating systems.
• Configure event management tools for monitoring, alerting, threshold setting, and topology.
• Maintain infrastructure and application relationships within the CMDB.
• Execute infrastructure management processes following ITIL frameworks.
• Interface directly with customers to resolve technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
• 4-5 years of experience with Unix commands.
• Proficiency with RHEL, CentOS, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with event management tools such as NetCool or BMC TrueSight.
• Strong understanding of ITIL process frameworks.
• Ability to work in shifts and travel as required.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with basement and fire life safety systems.
