Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure teams and oversee technical staff.
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects using established project management processes.
• Design and maintain network architecture, server hardware, and operating systems.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with NIST standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management and team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of network architecture and server hardware.
• Expertise in operating systems and virtualization technologies.
• Strong proficiency in IT security standards and NIST compliance.
• Proven ability to oversee complex infrastructure projects.
• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or relevant vendor-specific certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
