Description

You will oversee the firm's IT infrastructure, security, and scalability while managing the internal technical support experience.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud services, end-user devices, and LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, enterprise-level implementations, migrations, and security enhancements.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT support specialists and coordinate third-party managed service providers.
• Develop strategic plans for infrastructure improvements to ensure a highly available and scalable platform.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and participate in the technology budgeting process.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure management, IT leadership, and network engineering.
• Expertise in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, specifically M365, Entra, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Entra administration, configuration, and support.
• Strong proficiency in system administration, troubleshooting, and IT project execution.
• Deep understanding of LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
• Experience implementing and managing systems and network security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
