Description

Lead Genesys Cloud CX initiatives, including IVA development and workflow configuration, while managing a team of developers in an Agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and coach a development team to improve coding standards and documentation.
• Lead Genesys Cloud CX IVA development, flow configuration, and botflow design.
• Facilitate structured peer code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Partner with architects and stakeholders to design scalable, customer-focused voice and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define requirements and achieve sprint goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including IVA flow and botflow development.
• Proven experience managing and coaching development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, development best practices, and peer review processes.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud CX certifications (Architect, Developer, or related).
• Experience with cloud-based development, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with API development and integration.
