Manage IT infrastructure strategy, operations, and team leadership for three positions in Indiana.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT infrastructure strategic plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage network administrators, system administrators, and support staff.
• Manage infrastructure budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee network infrastructure, server hardware, data centers, and cloud resources.
• Implement security measures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Proven experience managing network, server, and data center operations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to manage and enforce SLAs.
• Knowledge of implementing security and compliance measures.
• Experience developing disaster recovery and data backup plans.
• Capability to perform capacity planning and technology evaluation.
