You will manage IT infrastructure planning, team operations, and strategic capacity growth for business support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor network administrators, system administrators, and support staff.
• Develop strategic IT infrastructure plans and manage capacity planning.
• Oversee network infrastructure, server hardware, data centers, and cloud resources.
• Implement security measures, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity protocols.
• Monitor infrastructure usage and execute capacity upgrades.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Experience managing network infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Direct experience with server hardware, data center management, and cloud resources.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee SLAs.
• Knowledge of implementing security measures and industry compliance standards.
• Experience developing data backup and disaster recovery plans.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure budget management and resource allocation.
• Direct experience with vendor contract negotiations.
