Description

You will manage network data extraction and infrastructure monitoring to ensure network reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data analytics solutions to collect and process network data from switches, routers, access points, and links via APIs.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure monitoring systems to proactively detect and resolve performance issues.
• Create custom alerts and real-time dashboards for network performance tracking.
• Automate operational tasks and enhance system capabilities using Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Build and maintain data models and reports in PowerBI to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure operations and associated technologies.
• Proficiency in using API interfaces for data extraction from network components.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing monitoring tools such as ScienceLogic, SCOM, Netcool, or Mooogsoft.
• Expertise in scripting and automation with Python, PowerShell, and Shell.
• Strong command of PowerBI, data modelling, and data visualization.
• In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP, network architecture, and security best practices.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and network automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management for querying large network datasets.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI principles for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with leveraging cloud services for network data analytics.
