You will manage and optimize infrastructure monitoring systems to ensure high availability and performance across network and storage environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain LogicMonitor dashboards and alerts for comprehensive visibility.
• Manage ITSM workflows and CMDB data integrity for incident tracking.
• Automate monitoring tasks and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor network and storage infrastructure health, resolving issues proactively.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure monitoring and operations.
• Deep expertise with LogicMonitor platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB management.
• Proficiency in automation scripting for monitoring tasks.
• Hands-on experience with network and storage monitoring tools.
• Ability to manage complex monitoring ecosystems independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise monitoring environments.
• Background in network or storage architecture.
