You will manage and maintain mission-critical IT infrastructure across on-premises and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of new infrastructure projects and deployments to ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Manage daily operations for on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure components to ensure system stability and integrity.
• Collaborate with outsourced service providers to monitor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
• Work with Enterprise Architecture to review operational readiness, focusing on the stability, supportability, and scalability of new solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for core infrastructure technologies and lead initiatives to improve operational processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT service management for diverse IT infrastructures.
• 5+ years of experience with virtualization technologies, specifically VMware.
• 5+ years of experience with Cloud Operations.
• Advanced administration of Active Directory.
• Administrative knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Server Operating Systems, O365, and Azure.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Strong understanding of network and security protocols.
• Proven ability to design and implement infrastructure solutions from initial phases to completion.
• Experience driving operational improvements with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

• Ability to develop and implement strategic infrastructure plans and initiatives.
