Description

You will provide technical support for a Generative AI platform, focusing on infrastructure stability and model pipeline performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance data pipeline resilience and model fault tolerance.
• Identify bottlenecks in model inference and training pipelines to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployments and implement automated testing.
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues for platform users.
• Document technical processes, issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in support and maintenance.
• Proficiency with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience provisioning cloud services using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting services deployed on Kubernetes (EKS).
• Strong knowledge of Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience with database management using SQL and Postgres.
• Practical knowledge of OpenAI technologies.
• Experience with DevOps build/release pipelines using Jenkins.
• Familiarity with OpenShift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience provisioning GenAI cloud services on AWS or Azure.
