Description

You will manage the execution and completion of moderate to large technology infrastructure projects for the ITSM team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Structure projects and perform detailed planning using prescribed methodologies.
• Manage project execution, including resource assignment, task delegation, and quality assurance.
• Track milestones, phase deliverables, and incurred expenses against planned budgets.
• Maintain rigorous project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, and presentations.
• Evaluate risks and develop contingency plans to meet tight regulatory timelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Expertise in managing all phases of technology infrastructure projects from concept to closure.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow.
• Technical familiarity with servers, storage, and networking infrastructure.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and complex regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills for status reviews and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Cyber Security, Networking, or Active Directory.
