Description

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure programs. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and architects to ensure on-time delivery against budgets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and resource allocation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against budgets and quality standards, proactively resolving roadblocks.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges.
• Manage program budgets and coordinate with finance and procurement for resource securing.
• Maintain program documentation and deliver regular status reports to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management with a strong infrastructure background.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously.
• Expertise in Change Management and Resource Management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certifications.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
