Description

You will own the planning, initiation, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring quality, tracking, and reporting across all work items.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project charters, schedules, risk management plans, communication plans, and budgets.
• Facilitate IT projects by tracking work items and ensuring completeness between participants.
• Secure resources and funding by collaborating with project teams and management.
• Coordinate client and vendor blended work teams across infrastructure initiatives.
• Perform project closing activities, including operational transition planning and execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience managing large infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud solutions, or network implementations.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and testing processes.
• Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management tools, specifically MS Project and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills to reflect actual versus planned variances.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and proactively identify project risks.
• Experience working with both technical and business resources.
