Manage network infrastructure incidents, problems, and change risks to ensure service stability.

Coordinate the resolution of network infrastructure incidents and manage related changes and risks. Plan, design, and develop local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Establish network performance measurements and goals for voice, data, video, and wireless services. Manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of network hardware and software. Enforce network and security standards across the entire infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Experience with network installation and hardware setup.
• Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with network maintenance and support.
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN design and development.
• Ability to manage network change processes and risk mitigation.
• Experience maintaining voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
• Availability to work outside of normal business hours as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Degree from any graduate program.
