Description

You will manage two concurrent infrastructure projects involving network segmentation and telecommunications deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale device migrations for DHCP, medical, IT, and IoT devices within a network segmentation framework.
• Oversee Avaya phone deployment, ensuring VoIP technology integrates seamlessly with existing clinical workflows.
• Create and modify technical network diagrams to satisfy cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Report project status and manage stakeholder expectations across IT and healthcare teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Familiarity with network segmentation concepts and large-scale device migrations.
• Experience tracking DHCP, medical, IT, and IoT devices through the planning and migration lifecycle.
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems, VoIP technology, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to create and maintain technical network diagrams.
• Experience working within hospital operations or healthcare environments.
• Proven ability to manage risks and resolve technical or operational issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors, IT staff, and healthcare professionals.
• Must be local to Hershey, PA, and able to work onsite.
