Description

You will manage technical project delivery and infrastructure oversight for the XD Infrastructure Technology program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop executable project plans aligned with key milestones and coordinate tasks with infrastructure and systems stakeholders.
• Review architecture and design documents to assess resiliency posture and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate identified risks.
• Identify and report technical dependencies across compute, network, storage, and critical application owners.
• Coordinate infrastructure integration activities and support decision-making for end-to-end integration requirements.
• Manage daily request fulfillment using Jira and ServiceNow Incident/Request queues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management.
• Experience managing dependencies for SAP, Salesforce, Cisco, AWS, MuleSoft, and Adobe environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and ServiceNow for task and incident management.
• Ability to document service execution processes and infrastructure task phases.
• Experience conducting infrastructure risk assessments and resiliency reviews.
• Strong coordination skills to manage interdependencies across siloed technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Create transition to operations (TTO) documentation and participate in retrospective sessions to refine execution.
