Description

Drive critical IT infrastructure initiatives including EOL remediation, vulnerability patching, compliance, and modernization within a financial services environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-large scale IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
• Conduct application architecture assessments and define solutions for complex technical problems.
• Design, customize, and execute migration workflows.
• Manage project risks, interdependencies, and contingencies to protect scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to lead problem-solving sessions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience leading IT infrastructure projects in the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure modernization, compliance, and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage both tactical execution and strategic technology planning.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and dynamic environments.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in managing project lifecycles through clear documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• CSM certification.
