Description

You own the planning, execution, and delivery of critical Infrastructure programs supporting factory build-out and enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives meeting organizational objectives.
• Define program charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success.
• Develop estimates and detailed plans for end-to-end program execution, aligning with production schedules.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions for planning and design across disparate teams.
• Develop program risk management plans ensuring timely delivery and testing without impacting business continuity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects, specifically in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities during construction implementations for manufacturing or data center builds.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings for office and industrial environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise server, data, and backup solution implementations (e.g., Data Centers, NAS, DR, Active Directory).
• Deep understanding of cloud computing principles with deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure implementations integrating plant floor systems (OT) and enterprise IT.
• Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise network solutions (e.g., LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.
