Description

You own the planning, execution, and delivery of critical infrastructure programs supporting factory build-outs and enterprise needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define program charters, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
• Develop detailed estimates and end-to-end execution plans aligned with production schedules.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and design sessions across disparate teams.
• Create and maintain risk management plans to ensure timely delivery without impacting business continuity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Experience partnering with General Contractors and Facilities during construction for manufacturing or data center builds.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, Division 27 standards, AV standards, and telecom/construction drawings.
• Experience leading enterprise server, data, and backup solution implementations (Data Centers, NAS, DR, Active Directory).
• Deep understanding of cloud computing principles with deployment experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading large-scale infrastructure implementations integrating plant floor systems (OT) and enterprise IT.
• Experience implementing enterprise network solutions (LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SRE/DevOps practices in infrastructure contexts.
