Description

You will lead complex technology infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on Middleware infrastructure systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology infrastructure projects simultaneously to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
• Deliver regular status updates and risk assessments to senior management, including CIOs and CTOs, via PowerPoint presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing effective contingency plans.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional team members to support professional growth and project execution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience specifically within technology and Middleware infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in Project Management and Risk Management methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• ITIL certification.
