Description

You will plan, initiate, and execute complex infrastructure projects, including international system integrations and Office 365 migrations. You will own the full project lifecycle from charter creation and resource securing to risk management, performance analysis, and operational transition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise initiatives, including merger-related email and Office 365 migration activities.
• Manage project documentation, including charters, schedules, risk plans, budgets, and gate reviews.
• Track work items across client, internal, and vendor teams, ensuring quality and compliance with audit requirements.
• Analyze project performance against planned variances and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate team discussions, engage end users for requirements, and manage project closing and transition.

Required Skills

• 4-6+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience with successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Experience supporting infrastructure initiatives: system integrations, data center projects, server builds, network/storage implementations, cloud solutions, and office technology changes.
• Proficiency with Project and Portfolio Management tools, specifically MS Project and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering, testing coordination, and release processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and secure required resources and funding.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for consistent, reliable delivery.
