Description

You will manage infrastructure projects focused on endpoint device refreshes, ensuring timely completion within established methodologies and budget constraints.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to high complexity infrastructure projects, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Track and report endpoint device refresh forecasts, inventory levels, and budget burndown.
• Manage project budgets up to $1 million, including matrix supervision of IT staff and vendor resources.
• Facilitate technology problem-solving by soliciting input from senior technical resources.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to management and end users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with a Master’s degree.
• Proven experience managing IT or Healthcare projects using PMI Process Groups and Knowledge Areas.
• Strong endpoint infrastructure experience.
• Financial accounting experience and budget management expertise.
• Advanced data analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Power BI experience.
