Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects assigned by the PMO, from planning through to formal hand-off.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project analysis, planning, monitoring, and closure for assigned infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, RASCI matrices, meeting minutes, and RAID logs.
• Track project tasks, deliverables, financials, and risks while adhering to established project management standards.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with technology leads to present status updates and reports to leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans and reporting applications to ensure consistent communication and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining RASCI matrices.
• Experience developing and managing project charters.
• Ability to manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).
• Experience tracking project financials and deliverables.
• Skill in preparing IT status dashboards and leadership reports.
• Experience leading team meetings to gather technical project requirements.
• Proven ability to manage project lifecycles from inception to closure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management reporting applications.
