Description

You will manage infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, owning scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and technical requirements for hardware, software, and networking.
• Develop cost estimates, manage budgets, and track expenditures against financial targets.
• Create detailed timelines, set milestones, and optimize personnel, equipment, and vendor resources.
• Identify technical, financial, and regulatory risks, then develop and execute mitigation strategies.
• Act as the central contact for technical staff, leadership, and vendors, providing regular status updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing hardware, software, and networking infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking.
• Proven ability to create detailed project documentation, including technical requirements and closure reports.
• Experience with risk management and compliance with security protocols and safety regulations.
• Effective stakeholder communication skills for interacting with executive leadership and external vendors.
