Description

Lead high-visibility corporate IT facilities and manufacturing projects from discovery through closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team meetings, coordinate activities, and track action items.
• Drive schedule discussions and develop timelines with vendors and internal teams.
• Plan large IT initiatives, anticipating and mitigating risks.
• Build integrated dashboards for C-level executives using data from PPM tools.
• Manage multiple tasks across cabling, WAN/LAN/WLAN, DAS, audio visual, and security projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT Facilities and Infrastructure Project Management or PMO experience.
• Direct experience with Low Voltage Cabling, Audio Visual implementations, MDF/IDF design, and Cell DAS.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Anaplan, and Microsoft Project.
• Expertise in Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CAD Viewer, Visio, Bluebeam, or Lucid for project activities.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and large cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Zoom, Cisco WebEx, and Slack.

Preferred Skills

• PMP and Agile certifications.
